Complete projects are cut with individual pieces numbered and referenced on the blueprints. Pieces are packaged and provided in a way that is congruent with the order of construction. Corners are pre-cut to provide quick and precise installation. No freehand cutting means no “ EPS snow” blows onto neighboring properties or into the street to be washed into storm water systems. Equally important is that the irregularity arising from multiple applicators is eliminated because pieces are cut precisely for installation. Products can be shipped by Freight or Container and are loaded in reverse order. This way, the product inside the Container when you open the door is the first product you need. Container loading is beneficial & extremely efficient for high elevation projects since containers can be staged by crane as construction ascends. Multi-Container shipments are labeled by floors once coordinated with Project Management.
